Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara.

She has served as Promotion Coordinator in the Business Postgraduate Area at the Universidad Panamericana, Admissions and First-Year Coordinator at the School of Communication at the Universidad Panamericana, Academic Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies in Communication, and currently serves as Head of the Public Relations Academy and professor at the Universidad Panamericana.
